I have been sitting in your waiting room for over four hours while watching employees joke around and customers who came in after me get helped and leave before me. I even asked if someone could please help or at least explain the delay, and all I got was, βSorry, weβre busy.β At this point, I have to ask: Is it because of the color of my skin, or does my money simply not matter? From where Iβm sitting, thatβs exactly how it feels. You took my keys, accepted my business, and then treated me like I didnβt exist. Whether intentional or not, this is unacceptable. No customer should be made to feel ignored, disrespected, or less important than everyone else. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews how customers are being treated because no one should have to wonder if theyβre being overlooked because theyβre Hispanic or Black.

Bought 4 new tires. Ordered them online. They didn't have any in stock so they had to be delivered. No biggie. A few days later I get a notification that my 4 tires were delivered. I did not schedule an appointment, so I went down there the next day and they said they had 3 tires...The other tire was on it's way and would be there according to tracking by 2pm. 2:30pm comes along and the tracking now says "It's at our Kernersville hub and might could be here by the end of the day" and we agree to come back another day (not their fault Fedex wasn't on point, so I do not fault them for this either) I asked them if they'll give me a call when the tire arrives and they say yes, of course. 8 days pass and no call..... So, the problem is that all 4 tires came in originally, and then someone came in with an irrepairable flat tire so they sold them one of mine and re-ordered the one that was sold. And, of course, 8 days, no call, they clearly just didn't want more money or another customer. Owner: Is that something you want as a business? A limit on customers or a limit on income in? Come on...

I recently took my car in for a rotation. They didn't rotate the tire. There is a small notch of rubber damage on one tire. That damaged tire was still in the same location as before. I knew they didn't have time to complete the rotation, as I had just seen the car in its spot less than 5 minutes earlier, when it was ready. I had suspected this on another occasion. Otherwise, I was very pleased with my tires and service. However, I will gladly resend this review with Video proof at the time and location.

I recently purchased a full set of tires from this Discount Tire location. A few weeks after the installation, I discovered a significant scratch near the rear passenger-side wheel that goes through the clear coat and will require professional repair. I also noticed damage around the lug nut holes on the wheel. What disappointed me most was the response from management. When I brought the issue to the store manager's attention, I felt my concerns were dismissed almost immediately. Rather than showing interest in investigating what happened, the conversation focused on how many claims they receive and that they generally know what types of damage occur in their stores. The overall impression I received was that the claim would likely be denied before any meaningful review took place. I understand accidents can happen. What customers are really paying for is accountability when they do. Had the situation been handled professionally and with genuine concern, I would likely have left satisfied regardless of the outcome. Instead, I left feeling like my concerns were treated as an inconvenience. In hindsight, I would have gladly paid a few hundred dollars more at the dealership if it

My experience with Discount Tire was initially very frustrating due to repeated tire issues and a series of service mistakes that resulted in multiple unnecessary visits. Over the course of several months, I returned to the store multiple times regarding recently purchased tires that repeatedly required replacement. During one visit, I was informed that another tire needed to be replaced despite being relatively new, which naturally raised concerns about the tireβs durability and the underlying cause of the repeated failures. The experience was further complicated by communication and inventory issues. I waited more than two hours after being told a replacement tire was being transferred from another location, only to learn that the wrong tire had been retrieved and that I would need to return again. There were also administrative mistakes during the transaction process that reflected a lack of organization and attention to detail. My primary frustration was not simply the tire issue itself, but the amount of time, inconvenience, and repeated trips required to resolve the situation. As a customer, I expected a more thorough investigation into why multiple recently purchased tire
